When you provide Tulsa Rowing Club with personal information, it is only used for club business and is not sold or distributed in any form to any third parties by Tulsa Rowing Club. It is understood that if a visitor enrolls in a Learn to Row class, summer camp or applies for membership, they are submitting their personal information voluntarily. We treat your personal information confidentially and only distribute it to club personnel who need it to run club-sponsored functions.

Personal information collected by Tulsa Rowing Club will be used to compile club rosters and your email address will be used to send important announcements about events and other club business. The Tulsa Rowing Club uses Yahoo! groups to send intra-club emails via a closed membership group. In addition, the club sends out an e-newsletter on occasion. You may unsubscribe from either the e-newsletter or the Yahoo! groups at any time by following the information provided at the end of each email or newsletter.
We do collect information about visitors to the site using Google Analytics, but this information is non- identifying. The information is used to track use of the site by visitors and to better serve visitors to the site in general.
